This item is very rare, even though it was illegally duplicated a long time ago. There should be around 10 of these helmets existing, initially on Antica.
It can be seen in Morguthis Room and Pythius The Rotten's Treasure Room. There is a rumour that there is a quest for the Winged Helmet at Hellgate, involving 469.

Back when only Thais existed, this helmet used to spawn once per map reset (around each 6 months) on a chest with some Gold Coins in the Thais Lighthouse, where the Dark Shield Quest is now.
