The Weapons of Destruction are weapons that can be obtained by trading 50 Gold Tokens with Yana in the Adventurers' Guild. These are some of the best weapons available in the game and they are used by many players, including most of the high levels. Generally, they are somewhat similar in power to Umbral Weapons but offer more versatility due to higher number of Imbuing slots, in exchange for having lower base stats.
History[]
These weapons were introduced with the Summer Update 2016, along with the Charging system. Back then, they were called Weapon of Mayhem, Carving and Remedy, and each type could be charged with different effects. The charging system was removed with the Summer Update 2017 and the then charged weapons lost their charges 30 days after that. Only the basic uncharged weapons remained, with identical stats (with the exception of the imbuements available for wands and rods) but different sprites and names. In exchange for removing the charging system, these weapons receive Imbuing slots. Finally, with the Winter Update 2017, the weapons were unified into the respective Weapon of Destruction, and the Rod and Wand of destruction received an additional 2 magic levels bonus and increased range to be better balanced.
The weapons were changed once again on February 5, 2019. The required level to wield them was raised from 100 to 200 in order to match their stats, since they were at the time some of the best weapons of the game but used to require a relatively low level.
