Utilities are objects which can be used by players for some purpose other than quests. You can find them everywhere throughout the whole of Tibia. See also: Quest Objects

Depot Chest Depot Chest.gif Depots Chests are storage in the game where you can keep items in a safe place while you are not using them.
Distilling Machine Distilling Machine.gif When activated after putting in some Sugar Cane, Rum will pour out for approximately 10 seconds. Many containers can be filled with one bundle of cane.
Dragon Basin (Lit) Dragon Basin (Lit).gif Lit dragon basins can be turned off by selecting the use option on their square meter.

Flame of Life Flame of Life.gif This is the fire you can see when fighting in the Svargrond Arena and in the caves of the hunting task bosses. It will tell you how many minutes you have left (you have 7 minutes from the time you enter each arena and 10 minutes for the boss monster caves). If you don't leave the current arena before the flame runs out, you'll be teleported out of the Arena.

Gilded Imbuing Shrine Gilded Imbuing Shrine.gif It's available in the Store and can be placed inside houses and guildhouses. It can be used to imbue items.
Grappling Hook (Object) Grappling Hook (Object).gif Exposed in Raymond Striker's House on Meriana. There are a few of them laying on the floor of the boat south of Captain Breezelda's boat in Svargrond, however you cannot take nor move them. They are also seen on third floor of the Rookgaard Academy.
Great Health Cask Great Health Cask.gif It's available in the Store and can be placed inside houses and guildhouses. Use it to fill all empty vials (of any size) inside your backpack and turn them into Great Health Potions. The cask can be used to fill 1000 potions and disappears when empty.

Note: Potions filled using casks will be placed inside Your Store Inbox and will have the same restrictions as those bought from the Store, i.e. they cannot be traded, put on the ground or sold in the Market, but can be stored inside your depot.

Ledger Ledger.gif Ogres use these to impale Culled Clomps with and then put it above a fire or Large Cauldron (Ogres) on two Cooking Pillars to prepare their food.
Lever Lever.gif The most common levers seen are those at city gates which supposedly would let the gates down, but are not accessible. Usable levers usually open specific doors, or passages such as teleports or even holes. Some levers are even useless.

Liane (Object) Liane (Object).gif It is used to help support tents and other inherently weak structures.
Lightsource Lightsource.gif Lightsources can be turned on by selecting the use option on the wall it is attached to.

Loose Stone Pile (Omrabas) Loose Stone Pile (Omrabas).gif Use a Shovel or equivalent on it to be teleported downwards into Omrabas's room.

Lost Rope Lost Rope.gif Can be used on an adjacent Rope Spot. If you do so, you will see the following message: You leave the rope where it is, just in case you don't have one with you next time.

Mechanism (Teleporter) Mechanism (Teleporter).gif You can only use them (and get past gates) after starting certain missions in the In Service of Yalahar Quest. If you do not meet the requirements a message will appear saying:
The gate mechanism won't move. You probably have to find a way around until you figure out how to operate the gate.

Mould Mould.gif Used by smiths to cast metal equipment such as armor.
