I hope I'm doing this right... still learning :)

Thanks for the input... I'm way to tired right now to look stuff up, but I will poke around the documentation for how to link to critter classes (like elves) instead of a specific (like elf).

I also need to see about making things plural (like minotaur mages) so that the link goes to the right place, etc. I'll check it out, and backtrack on my entries to tweak them.

Please keep me posted if I'm doing things weird or just plain-ass wrong ;)

Cheers, --Diggs.

Thanks again for updating these pages, we appreciate the good information you've been putting up there! About linking to creatures... There is nothing in the documentation about it, but I have been making pages for creature classes/races. If the link is referring to an entire class of creature, then link to the class name as a plural. For example, Minotaurs, Dworcs, etc.

If you want to link to a specific creature, but use a plural word in the text, there are two ways:

Placing the plural ending outside of the square brackets will work correctly:
[[Minotaur Mage]]s
Will appear as:
Minotaur Mages

If the plural version of the word changes the spelling, then use a pipe in the link. The part before the pipe symbol is the link, and the part after the pipe will appear as the link itself:
[[Orc Spearman|Orc Spearmen]]
Will appear as:
Orc Spearmen

If you have any other questions, just let me know.

Um I hope you were talking to Diggs, who was the one who posted that on User Talk. I've worked on wikipedia before, so I have some experience using wikis.

Yeah. I didn't mean to offend you. He had just asked about it, and I thought it was appropriate to answer where he asked the question.

I'm slowly getting the hang of it; this is my first Wikexperience ;) Thanks for your patience. --Digger Smith

You updated before that Centipedes drop Poison Daggers. Do you have any proof about that? Neither in Centipede's Statistics that item was listed in more than 4000 killed.
