Compensation
Several days after the bug was fixed, CipSoft offered compensation to 699 accounts, giving them 7 days of premium time.
They identified the accounts on two requirements:
- a crash report was sent to CipSoft
- the character that suffered from the reported crash died during the time the client version 8.51 was online.
