Changes
- Resolved an issue where an NPC vendor failed to recognize Tier 0 items when the character was equipped with the same item at Tier 1 or higher.
- Fixed an issue where Executioner's Throw could be triggered without a target.
Additionally, to ensure that creatures only appear as fiendish when they are reachable, the following areas and creatures were revised:
- Zzaion: Lizard Templar, Lizard Sentinel, Lizard Snakecharmer, Lizard Zaogun, Draken Warmaster, Draken Spellweaver, Lizard Dragon Priest, Lizard Legionnaire, Lizard High Guard
