Tutors are experienced players who can give advice and hints. They also can report bugs and illegal names directly to customer service. They can also access the Tutor Channel. Look in the Help chat to talk to them. They are identified by their orange (rather than yellow) words, but only seen in the Help Chat. Tutors should not ask for any personal account information, nor should any player. Tutors are not official representatives of CipSoft.
To become a Tutor you need to have a personalised account that is more than three months old. The account needs at least one character above level 20 and may not contain any criminal record. Above all, you have to have had a Premium Account once. If you qualify for all this you can try take the Tutor Test.
