Glory was the first Tournament with the actual fee and rewards, after the Tournament Vanguard, which was a test.
After Glory ended CipSoft decided to not run new tournaments for some time. This was most likely due to the fact that the number of participants was lower than expected, to the point where most players who simply signed up received rewards there were supposed to be received only by the top competitors.
