The Tiquanda Reptile and Crustacean Caves is a 3 floor system of connected cave north of Port Hope. You can enter their cave through the main entrance or by a backdoor tunnel through the Port Hope Swamp Trolls south entrance.
There's also a quest room at -3, used in the quest The Thieves Guild Quest.
