Tibia Token (TIB) is a digital token that Tibia players can obtain by converting Tibia Coins through the "Tibia Token Exchange" on Tibia's official website. It follows the BEP-20 standard, which ensures compatibility with many digital wallets and applications, and is based on the BNB Smart Chain, a blockchain network. While Tibia Tokens can be traded, they are not considered a traditional cryptocurrency.

In order to export or import Tibia Tokens you must meet the following requirements:

- Your account must not have an orange, red or black conduct level.
- Your account must be confirmed and registered.
- Your wallet must be connected via the button in the section Wallet Connect.
- You need sufficient BNB to cover the gas fee for processing export or import transactions on the BNB Smart Chain.
- Your account must contain at least on character of level 20 or higher to export. Importing is unrestricted and has no minimum level requirement.

For that, it was crucial for them to offer a reliable system that clearly displays all costs, adheres to the highest safety standards and legally complies with all relevant statutory provisions and guidelines.
This feature is meant to offer a new option for any players who are interested in this topic. Players who do not engage with this system will not encounter it during gameplay and may not even notice its presence since the Tibia Token Exchange will only be accessible via the "Account Management" page on Tibia website. It will not appear in the game, making it invisible during regular gameplay unless players wish to interact with the system.
Tibia Tokens will not affect Tibia's ongoing development. Future content, mechanics, and features will continue to be created independently of the Tibia Token system.
