When I started to play tibia again 2,5 years ago after a 3 year break. I started fresh / clean / knowing so little. TibiaWiki has helped me so much in gaining a great amount of wisdom. I completed quest, did achievements, became walking knowledge. It has earned me the title of Akropedia. I am tutor thanks to TibiaWiki (channeling information to other tibians).

TibiaWikia is a very important website for me, as I do not understand neither polish or portuguese. While it is fun to do quests without help - sometimes it can be frustrating when you're stuck, and that is where TibiaWikia provides necessary instructions in an organized way.

Another important factor is that you can easily look up the stats of certain creatures -- Which is very helpful, regarding which runes to use and what not.

In the end - without TibiaWikia - this game would be a lot more frustrating for me, as I would not be able to remember everything. Having a sea of information ready with a single search makes my experience a lot better.

A perfect example would be Rashid. I can never remember where he is when I need him, but I can find out by just entering this site!

Happy 10th anniversary, TibiaWiki!

Alright, so why is TibiaWiki important for me? It's pretty simple!

My tibia story started around year 2003, but then, I did not know about pages like TibiaWiki and my English wasn't any good, so I was more like just wandering about tibia, exploring stuff slowly by myself or being shown by my real friends. It was fun as it lasted, rpgish and all, but after a while, when my reals stopped to play, I got quite bored of just walking around and stopped myself for a few years.

After that, real friend proposed playing tibia during summer time around year 2009. I came back and started to noob around, but this time, it wasn't enough, Tibia moved forward a lot and everything gained more speed. Or at least i felt this way. For this reason, I needed a source of information. I tried polish sites at first, but they were nowhere close to be as good as TibiaWiki. Since then, this website has been inseparable part of my game and probably I could not get to the point I am at now in game if you weren't here. Now that my Tibia knowledge is pretty extensive, I try to update content on wikia as well, so I can pay my debt at least a little.

Hello TibiaWiki!

When I began to play Tibia early 2007 I used to stroll almost every possible page and read em all. I remember checking weapons that existed and quests that were for low levels. Then at some point I used to look info about hunting grounds before hand and what kinda monsters there were, Svargrond glacier, Svargrond mines, Demona and Goroma demons were one of the many interesting places I found here. 

One big thing Tibiawiki has been part of my adventurers is the Pits of the Inferno quest. Used so many times those maps here to do levers and maze parts. So TibiaWiki has been great help for my Tibia travels so far.

Well.. Tibiawikia helped me a lot to get through many quests, and also to understand better many 'mysteries' as I read the comments of each page that I think it's important... Also I remember that once, before I read things on wikia, I tried to find the midnight panther, and never got anyone, not even saw a single panther in more than a month.. I didn't know where they respaw, so I searched for the whole Tiquanda for it.. and then.. I read the wikia, and in a week, i found 2 panthers, and tamed the last one =D So I have to thanks a lot to wikia for that s2

I wish to TibiaWiki more decades of sucess. To me this is the best promoted fan site, the job you do here with tibia statistics in incredible, I use it at least one time per day;

To me tibia is fantasy medieval mmorpg that follows a math function, when you hunt, when you loot and when you take part in events, but to me it is not just math, Tibia is an emotional game that envolves me into it. When i started playing in 2006, Tibiawiki was there favorited in my "internet explorer", but as everything in life it evolved into a better site and i went for a better web navigator haha.

Since when I started playing Tibia, one of the things that always found most interesting, are the bosses and their rarities they drop. However, as I usually play only with my boyfriend, he showed me the TibiaWiki so I could learn and track statistics of loot creatures. And since then, it has become an addiction. Believe me, the TibiaWiki became my home, and even when I'm at home I access the site you through the cell to track the loot from bosses I have interest. For sure it's the greatest tibia-wikipedia you can find.

You can only figure it out by simple example so:

Let's imagine situation in rl life you're doing crossword and you have no idea what to put into the question so first you're searching the correct word in normal wikipedia only because it's the fastes method, even you're in trouble on exam in school, what you doing?? YES you opening wikipedia on your phone and cheating on exam every time it's only possible.

So what's the point for use Tibia.Wikia.com?

Yeah you know it right, it help us in gaming. Like in real life it will help you really fast to find out what to do in rondom situation you have in tibia.

Remind how many times you opened Tibia.Wikia.com and you checked quest spoilers or how many times the main page of Tibia.wikia.com remind you about world events. So it's helpful for experienced players aswell.

Also if you are starting from scratch your tibia carrer page will help you to find out where to get profit how to do quests and what should you do as vocation you have choosen.

I have found everything I need in game right here on this page since I started my tibia story.

I always thought the Tibiawikia good. Yes, I am Brazilian and in theory the portuguese Wiki would be better, but several times the Wikia updates information before the portuguese wiki, or has information that the portuguese wiki dont have, for example the images of the houses. So I prefer the Tibia.Wikia.

I've been playing tibia for over 8 years and tibiawikia has helped me a lot, without it I'd probably be another noob. I remember when achievements were implemented I kept checking achievements section here in tibia wikia everyday in order to complete them, because of that I could become top achievements of tibia for 2 years. 

I also always check the quests section and what's going to be in upcoming updates, these sections are very helpful and full of knowledge about tibia for everybody so in your 10th anniversary I really want to congratulate you and thank you guys for your awesome job.

From time to time we all run into those hard to figure out quests,and Item's that we just stare at and think to ourselves "whaaaaaat do I do with this thing?!?!".Luckily for us those moments of desperation are a mere TibiaWiki click away from the answer toour question!  I find TibiaWiki useful in selling rare loot I may stumble upon as well. I've found anitem recently that sold for 1-5 million GP! and at first glance it seemed a very uneccessaryfind, but I hopped on the Wiki and my eye's lit up haha! But I'll explain more on that in the second part of this text.   TibiaWiki is (in my experience) an absolutely necessary tool to have at your arsenal!Nearly, if not all questions you may encounter are covered by the Wiki in very thoroughly written and easy to read layouts.     Back to the Item of value mentioned above... I began tibia as we all do, with very littleon my back. The starter gear obtained from "Rook" was my lifeline for a very long journey toaround level 40. As a Knight I was able to handle most encounters I ran into. Gathering the gearI lucked into finding, selling what I didn't need, and scraping 3 gp here and 12 gp there from whatever creature(s) I could kill. It was indeed hard to make a buck after my potion and food supplies ate at my profits. Well that would all change for me in the blink of an eye!   While hunting some creatures in the area known as "Dark Cathedral" I stumbled upon a very...nay Extremely rare drop from a witch, an item called Stuffed Toad. I saw the name appear onthe green loot message on screen and kinda blew it off. Didn't even pick the thing up. So I goon about my way and start thinking "you know I probably should go pick that up, and give it to my Tonia" (My Girlfriend who is also a tibia player now that I coerced her into playing). SoI go back and grab it, right as the witch's corpse was at the brink of non-existence. I give Tonia the Toad and she's like "Aweee I love froggggggggss!" I say, "well when we get a house onhere We'll use it for decoration in your room!". A few weeks go by and I'm hopping from page topage on TibiaWiki.com, when I see "Stuffed Toad" on a side link. I click it out of curiosity,and My jaw dropped. The Item sells for 1-5 MILLION $$$gold$$$!  In the blink of an eye I felt like a somebody on Tibia for the first time since I had began playing it. As to me 5,000,000 gp was a LOT of money.It took me a few minutes to beg herto let me sell it, and many examples of how it'd be easier for her to advance her magic leveland purchase much better gear from the market were used in the coersion. Thank you TibiaWikifor shining a light on an Item that would have still probably been sitting in the deep darkpocket, many chest and backpacks below the surface of a Depot Box! :D

For me, I visit TibiaWiki daily, to find new hunting places, quests, weapons for my level, spells, etc. I think that without TibiaWiki I would not have enjoyed Tibia as much as I do today, because TibiaWiki has helped me alot in understanding the game mechanics, how dialogues with different NPCs should be, etc.

What I enjoy here is: clean design, huge community and the fact that all of us can help to make the site even better. Also your loot statistics are really one of a kind. I'd first like to congratulate Tibiawiki on your 10th anniversary!

I began my adventures in tibia on July 27, 2008.  I had absolutely no idea how to play the game at first, but thankfully I had a wonderful friend who taught me the basics to the game. He also highly recommended me to visit some fansites as well, one website being tibia.wikia.com. I gladly took his advice and viewed these websites and found Tibiawikia to be one of the most helpful websites to me. I visit this site very frequently for quest information/spoilers, creature item prices, and armor/equipment prices as well. I also use this site to get information regarding new updates to tibia as well. I continue to frequently visit this website to this day and will continue to do so as long as I play tibia.  I have referred many of my friends to this website when they need help with quest information and during guild services as well.

The Tibia.Wikia is a very efficient fansite in my Tibian life, always used to do searches on Achievements and Quests, besides being full, was always in front of the other sites, with quick and concrete updates. Before I start Talking about me (which I love doing), let me start off with:

HAPPY 10th Birthday Tibia Wiki, 10 years old and still going strong. That is some amazing achievement right there!

Now down to the good stuff. Haha (Me) ofc! (Jk)

When I started playing Tibia with a best friend, many moons ago, we started on a server called Eternia. We paid then the £5.00 we needed to play the game and have the amazing status of a premier player. Or so we thought.

We levelled up our character in rookard, no clue that there were things like quests or guides, we killed cave rats, rats, snakes and spiders and sold the rat skins to the npc for cash. We were level 8 and thought wow, what an awesome game, all we need doing is to kill rats, for 2 females (no offence meant to all you other lovely females/shemales out there) but we felt EPIC! so much so that we started really feeling brave and invinsible. We left rookard, landed up in venore and headed off on this new adventure...

We were in Venore for what seemed like a whole 2 minutes, feeling like this is the best game in the world, when suddenly we were laying face down in the mud.... DEAD. What the heck? We just paid 5 pounds to play and the game was already over? In a few hours? What utter rubbish. We looked over at one another and I felt really emotional towards the death and I being a girl started crying.... OVER A GAME.

We waited for what seemed like eternity for our friend to come over and tell him that he got us into this mess. We wanted to know why he let us pay money for a few hours of absolute bliss... we wanted answers! 

He calmly walked over to the PC I was at and typed in: Tibia.wikia.com.... and it was as if a whole new world had just exploded in front of my eyes.

EVERYTHING I needed to know about the game, the way to play, the items, monsters and BEHOLD.... even Questing information was ready at my fingertips. I spend I think two whole days, every waking minute reading and exploring your site. 

Myself and Hawkie created two new Characters on Nerana (Hawklette and Ingrid Lafleur) along with our best mate Hellfire the Ranger. The three of us did ALL the rookard quests we could and we were again two very happy females.

Along the way, I have met some really great new friends and have happily followed them over to Menera, where the journey still continues, sadly though, my two real friends, only play once in a blue moon, but I speak to them in real daily. 

So Tibiawiki you guys basically made my very first online game experience one I will remember for all time. On behalf of Hawkelette, Hellfire The Ranger and I, Ingrid Lafleur, I thank you for being so helpful and for guiding me and my friends on what has been an epic adventure. One that without you, would not have been at all possible.

Tibia Wikia Is Important for my gaming experience because of the fact that without tibia.wikia id be lost. It has helped me from going through places where i rather not be, and saved me a time load on quests.

I Have one story (Kinda Funny) I'm A RP on MizzPinkyzz, but when i started out I Had no idea that RPS used Spears and distance equipment, i had no way to find those objects,i was lvl 45 until i found this site, and honestly i found everything that i needed. (yes a lvl 45Rp usig a broadsword, Till i realized). so all I'm saying is Tibia.Wikia saved my Tibia Life ^^

I Met some awesome and wonderful people playing this game, and some enemies, but in all i love tibia, tibia.wikia, and everything about it. and without tibia.wikia i wouldn't know where to begin. and i personally thank you tibia.wikia for helping my teams, and I out. and also i would love to personally wish you guys a HAPPY 10TH ANNIVERSARY!!!! you guys deserve more than that but that's all i can give.

It's extremely helpful and I can find anything I want on it very easily. Well i started using tibia wiki around 6 years ago and pretty much everyday i have checked something about tibia from here. Quests, npc's, spells, prices... you name it. Without wikis mapper i would have been lost MANY times in places like MOLS, poi levers, rathleton sewers, hellgate etc. Wiki is great way to get up with latest updates if you have been inactive/retired or if you have simply been too lazy to check test server.

Years ago i got killed 2x same day while i was checkin wiki. First time i was hunting cyclops at mount sternum and pk's killed me, and second time i got killed in ancient temple when someone lured fire devil on me. Ironically i was just checking article of fire devil when i died.

Always when I've had a question about a quest, or an item, TibiaWiki has been there for me.

It's been there through the rough times, and the easy times. No matter what I needed, TibiaWiki would try it's best to satisfy my needs.

Hello tibiawiki!

by talking about tibiawikia it remind me with many great funny things, been using this site as my ingame price source as I was young trader when started the game, and i have been using wikia since 8 years ago.

so I was like checking prices from time to time and watching trade channel "advertising" willing to find something to buy and sell as it was a good source of living you know.

and then I saw someone selling item which called "poisonous slime" I had no clue how much was that and then i checked tibiawikia and found it worth 30.000 in gold and the guy asked only 150k for 10x of the item, so I found it as a good deal I would make like extra 150k I was greedy haha and I didn't know the real price yet.

so i started to search and borrow gold from my friends in hope to get free 150k by buying and selling the poisonus slime :D

and the shock was that the guy edited tibiawikia price of the poisonus slime by somehow and after i gathered the money and bought the poisonus slime i tried to sell it and the result you know :P I kept hunting scrabs for months to get back the gold I borrowed :D but that was really funny and abit stupid of me, but that was nothing compard the cash i made by trading items via advertising channel by the help of tibiawikia knowing the prices of items ^^.

at the end I hope you enjoyed the storry and thanks to tibiawiki for helping us solving quests and updating us with news/events and such great things.

your the best fansite of tibia in my opinion.

How important is TibiaWiki for my gaming experience:

TibiaWiki plays an important role on gaming rutine, is it to verify something or check various quest related and item information. It doesn't matter how experienced one may be, as the tutor I am there is always questions which makes me doubt about the perfect answer to give and to do my best I must get informed by the best knowledge-wise for players and build by players fansite. Simply there is nothing else compared to it vast amount of information and accuracy.

The TibiaWikia is important to me since I started to play. All questions I had, the Wikia answered me. The Wikia is like my character's heart, he can't live without it.

TibiaWiki is a very important website for me, as i use it for quests as well as look up how valuable a item is when i get my hands on it. But i also often use TibiaWiki to learn about the game and see what creatures i can hunt to make profit out of my hunts. I recently picked up Tibia again after having a 1 year break, before that having a 4 year break because i was simply bored of Tibia at the time, but now i am back stronger then ever! TibiaWiki has helped me come back on track as well as helping me assist others who are asking questions. I always look up on TibiaWiki to see either where i should hunt or what quests i should do, and i hope TibiaWiki will be a promoted tiba fan site for more decades to come.

TibiaWikia.com is the best tibian's wikipedia. Since 2005 I use this website almost everyday, becouse there is always something that I need to check like - items, quests, npc, hunting places etc. Here I can quicly find everything I need becouse of smart page layout. Thanks to TibiaWikia i'm a walking encyklopedia of tibian knowledge so I'm able to help others thanks to you! Every single part of this webside has been though before making that's why it's the best Wiki website.

Congratulations and Happy 10th Anniversary to Tibia Wiki!!!!

The world of Tibia is a grand expanse that is often left unexplored for so many of the places by newer players that have not been around for its evolution for the past 10 plus years.

Without the help guides, such as "Hunting Places," and extensive spoilers, much of Tibia would often be left unexplored because some areas have such extensive caves and routes.

From my playing experience, I see players often getting frustrated when they get lost constantly especially in places like Kazordoon or the new Drefia of the 2013 update. Tibia Wikia helps ease those frustrations.

With the help of monster statistics and information on monster weaknesses and strengths, as a guild leader, this has helped in planning small services for members such as the last room of In Service of Yalahar.

I cannot imagine playing Tibia, without using Tibiawikia.

I greatly support and appreciate all the work from players and the administrators of tibia wikia in helping expand the world of Tibia for all players.

Congratulations to everyone on tibia wiki for helping all these years, because of you its been possible to get here, 10 years is an impressive feat.

I would say, I'm kind of an occasional editor on Tibiawiki, I mostly edit things that interest me, and I always try to see whats new in the talk pages of "unsolved quests", but overall I use tibia wiki a lot for quests which have escaped my memory(which seems to be a lot now) Tibia wiki has been my most used fansite, and when I play, I always leave a tibia wiki tab on, its become a habit for me. All in all I really enjoy Tibia wiki and I hope people keep contributing and making this site stay what it is. :_)

Expecting a brighter Tibian life (A brief extract of my personal diary)

 

• 1st, Aug 06’

I’m Elais, a small and fragile female knight from the sea side village of Liberty Bay. I just started to get to know the place with some friends and I needed to find out how to use fire or at least a torch because right now I cannot see anything in these caves (literally everything is dark). I’m going to ask Arth Crash (who is an excellent Paladin and helpful friend), if he knows any kind of device, tool or community site that can help with my problem and to find the solutions for it.

I just spoke to my friend and he talked to me about a webpage that is a kind of tool for Tibians, called TibiaWiki. I can see it is very useful and easy to understand. I looked for information about “fire or light sources” and it is says in this helpful webpage that I can obtain torches from creatures or even purchase them from helpful vendors in towns! Now I can go on hunts and meetings with my friends at night time or into the deepest caves in the land! It was impossible to do this before. I’m so grateful to Tibiawiki and I am sure that I will use this site constantly in the future. It is very useful to find solutions and even important information of almost EVERYTHING that has relation to our game!

I remember my beginnings in Tibia - those were "dark ages", when only snippets of informations about the game were accessible on supported fansites' forums. It has, however, changed not much time later, when erig.net site was created along with tibia wiki over 10 years ago. The steadily increasing popularity of tibia wiki made me, in some moment, become an active contributor, not just a user - I wanted to be part of the community that not only takes, but also gives! To help creating the knowledge base for the game we all love. Adding articles, creating walkthroughs, editing pages is something that I like to do equally for myself as well for others. And the same goes around - TibiaWiki and the great people who constantly improve this site were enormous help for me and my gameplay experience altogether

Happy anniversary TibiaWiki, hope we stay together for much longer :)
