Tibia's 15th Anniversary is the third official Tibian Anniversary, following up Tibia's 10th Anniversary in 2007. It took place from January 15 till February 15, 2012, when the game Tibia existed for 15 years. The specific anniversary items, creatures and objects were implemented with version 9.44.

Login message: Come celebrate 15 years of Tibia with us in Thais! Mirade, Rejana and Tjured will join the festivities today!
- Mirade, Tjured and Rejana appears once a day on the plains south of Thais.
- An army of 60-100 Trolls (basic, frost and swamp trolls) spawn south of Thais every 30 minutes until the message "Mirade, Rejana and Tjured have survived all the trolls. Only a single troll is still trolling... happily..." appears. You can loot Bar of Chocolate, Cream Cake, Fireworks Rocket, Surprise Bag (Red) and a special kind of 15th Anniversary CM Token from the trolls, it is a very rare drop. Although CipSoft has confirmed the special CM token could indeed be dropped by the trolls, nobody has ever proved to have looted it.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]

- The leaders of 177 guilds which have existed for 5 years or more on January 7, 2012 received an Anniversary Backpack containing 15 Tapestries of Honour. In addition to that, the leaders of the oldest(s) guild(s) on each game world received a Golden Goblet inscribed with To <guildname>, (one of) <worldname>'s oldest guild(s), commemorating Tibia's 15th anniversary.. Prizes were automatically sent to the leader's hometown depot. Four Rookgaardian guilds were among the oldest guilds, their prizes were sent to their leaders' Thais depot. - In order to avoid many raids occurring 19 hours after server, there is another chance for anniversary raids to occur. 10 minutes after the first raid in an hour (usually at :06 of the hour) another raid may occur. Note that it still takes 20 minutes for the bosses to actually spawn in both of these raids, thus the bosses will spawn at :26 and :36 respectively (assuming server save took 6 minutes - i.e. the :06 offset).
- Skyrr appears near Svargrond. This event is bugged until February 2, Skyrr is invincible.
- Entrepreneur Outfits are obtainable until February 15.
