Behaviour
The Pit Lord attacks in melee range. The Pit Lord never retreats.
Strategy
The Pit Lord has no waves or beams, so you don't need to stand at a diagonal with him.
Druid or Sorcerer: Throw 1-2 wall runes wall and run around them casting Ice Strike or using SD. It may be a good idea to use Magic Shield and/or Haste in case he moves too fast.
Knight: Melee and Berserk.
Paladin: Use wall runes, shoot and cast Divine Missile.
