The Oracle will only speak with characters that are level 8 or higher. When you are ready, The Oracle will let you choose your Vocation, Hometown, and then Teleport you to the Mainland. Premium players may alternatively visit The Gatekeeper.

The difference between The Oracle and The Gatekeeper, are your choices of what city to live in. The Oracle can teleport you to Carlin, Thais, or Venore.
