Rare Spitter boss found on the bottom of the Hive Outpost in Liberty Bay, in a ~20-minute Varying Monster Spawn in which the common creatures are a Hive Overseer and a Spidris Elite, and the possible rare bosses are The Hungerer, The Manhunter, and The Mean Masher. This respawn point can be blocked if you stay too close. The safest way is to leave the Hive Outpost while waiting for the spawn.
