The boss re-targets very often and it hits by melee and fire attacks mainly.
Strategy
The main blocker should be at least level 300 (but 450 is recommended) with Fire Damage protection. Trap the boss on the east side of the room by the exit teleport so it doesn't roam around and attack the shooters.
Every 20 seconds, 5 Fiery Hearts will appear in the room and the boss will become The Fire Empowered Duke, which is immune to all damage. The Fire Duke also has much stronger attacks and use them often if attacked, so all the shooters should stop attacking the boss. The Fiery Hearts must be killed quickly or they'll become Fiery Bloods, which will walk around the room and attack the shooters. Once the boss is vulnerable again, focus all damage on it. Repeat this process several times until it's defeated.
