Notes
This Skull is sometimes using during Test Servers to activated specific parts of quests and make testing easier. For example, during the tests for the Summer Update 2023 it could be used to immediately get access to the Rotten Blood Quest bosses without having to do the access mechanics. When available it can be bought from the Testserver Assistant, just like the Test Voodoo Doll.
