Notes
It could be bought from Testserver Assistants during the test servers for the 2015 Winter Update, 2016 Summer Update, 2016 Winter Update, and almost every other test servers since then. It is used to facilitate testing by removing some cooldowns, like the Duelling Arena and some boss fights.
It could be seen in The Market for some time.
It looks the same as a Mysterious Thing, a Voodoo Doll, a Voodoo Doll (2543), a Voodoo Doll (3613) and a Voodoo Doll (5261).
