The name Tarpit Tomb comes from the Tar (black oil-like stuff) where the entrance to this tomb is covered with. The name is made up by players, CipSoft does not have an official name for it.

If the players on the first hunting level (see map link at bottom of page) avoid the Crypt Shambler at "E", do not go further passed the point of "K" and also avoid the Bonelord marked at "Q" on the map, a Sorcerer can easily hunt this area from leaving the Isle of Destiny by running the monsters and using their Wand.
