Should we wait for CipSoft's confirmation before editing all these articles?

I believe this to be a bug, the size and rent shouldn't change for most of these guildhalls as I stated on the Auditorium. -- Sixorish (talk) 07:38, December 17, 2014 (UTC)

Automatic rent calculation

It seems with this change we can find out how the rent is calculated.

House of Recreation is 40gp/tile based on this change,

22540 - 40 * 401 = 6500
rent - rate * size

6500 left after the size is accounted for. Then beds are 100gp per bed after the first, so

22540 - (40 * 401) - (100 * (16 - 1)) = 5000
rent - (rate * size) - (100 * (beds - 1))

5000 ... but what else contributes to that value? Most houses end up with 0, so maybe it's an arbitrary value? -- Sixorish (talk) 12:00, December 19, 2014 (UTC)

Just saw this:

Because of its very luxury furnishing there is an additional charge on it.

I guess that just means there's an arbitrary value added to these houses. This is on the House of Recreation in Carlin, but not the Rathleton guildhalls which also deviate from the expected values.

Turns out our values were wrong. Many of our house/guildhall pages had the wrong amount of beds. I have fixed all of those. Still having a problem with: Rathleton Hills Estate ( - it's the only one besides House of Recreation (40gp/sqm if you deduct 5000 for furnishing). I think this might be a bug because if it had 1 extra bed it would be whole at 45gp/sqm. Everything else is a multiple of 5gp/sqm. -- Sixorish (talk) 15:27, December 19, 2014 (UTC)

if it had 1 extra bed...
I invite you to look at the screenshots on Rathleton Hills Estate and tell me how many beds you see there.

Lol, I missed that too!
