When was this deprecated exactly? Is Tutorial Island not reachable in game anymore? Updates/10.8 doesn't mention it.

What I'd like to find out is: does Tutorial Island still exist or not? I.e. does anyone have a character that is logged out there?
I see no reason why it would have stopped existing. I put the 'deprecated' tag on it because it simply isn't reachable anymore (so I did not operate under the assumption that the island has actually been removed). -- Wouterboy (talk) 17:56, November 12, 2015 (UTC)
