Hey I don't think that the Braindeath's going to be on Svargrond, it looks like PoI quest because of the big bones, the Nightmare and the poison stuff. Karlogaria Aran
I think he will be in the new land, because in the picture you can see some snow and ice drifting down from the surface. That and there's absolutely no reason to believe it would be in PoI.

It makes sense. Braindeaths seems to be a distant cousin from the beholders.. beholders are necromantic creatures and the necromancers try to convince to join people "in the glory of the death", or to become the student of Urgith.. the test has something probably regarded to death, but we won't know that yet. :P

I think this is a good update but they should make more features for free acc ppl, Im a premmy but I think about the free acc ppl that they wont have any opporunities to see some update creatures as quest etc.

The NPC you are talking about is Sinatuki, and I don't know exactly where he is. I would guess that you can find him on ground level, somewhere on Grimlund, outside of the encampment at Inukaya.
