Strange Powder is the Orc Powder?

The NPC tells you to get some "Orc Powder", but when you get the item, it is actually called "strange powder".
It has been a while since I have done this part of the quest, but I remember having this discussion before, and since this is the location that the pages settled on, I'm certain that this is correct.
The only thing that could change it, is if CIP changed the item name in the last update.
