Renaming proposal[]

Since there are plenty of ruined ship pieces around the sea serpent cave, what do you guys think if this page was moved to "Shipwreck Site"? I think it personally sounds a lot better. -- Maverick the hunter 03:49, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

Is not a cave its a place under the water, name should be like Sea Serpent "Trench" or "Lair".

Caves are holes in mountains that means theres always a roof and if you could see up in tibia you would see the open sea so is not a cave name should be changed. Also I think Edron Bog Raider Cave name should be changed to Stone Home Bog Raider cave (cause theres 2 cave sin edron and is confiusing). Stone home is in edron but the cave is righ under stone home would be a more acurated name and more easy for people to find the cave that put them to look all around edron.

Captain Haba speaks of caves when you've found the right spot, and there are in fact several caves with roofs down there although most serpents are in open holes. Maybe "Sea Serpent Area" is a better name?
I agree about the Stonehome bog raiders. The other cave is more of an earth elemental cave, but the bog raider cave is in Stonehome's rotworm cave so it should be called Stonehome bog raider cave.

I stil don't like this page name, should be trench or lair or sea or something else, I think the name "Area" don't sound good

Indeed, a Sea Serpent Area could be anywhere.. well .. if there were more sea serpent areas. How about Hrodmir (the whole part of tibia that was installed with that update) Sea Serpent lair?

Player: caves
Captain Haba: I dunno any underwater caves! They probably are a good hideout for the sea serpents. I MUST find them.
Would Sea Serpent Hideout or Sea Serpent Underwater Caves be a better name to this article? StradvariusTibiawiki.png T C 08:06, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

Sea Serpent Cave redirects here..lol, if they call it that in-game I'd say that is more appropriate for it (that is, caves -- I wouldn't be against sea serpent hideout either though) -- Sixorish 08:12, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

I like "lair" or "Trench", adding underwater or svargrond to the name is useless since is the only place right now with sea serpents. Also the name cave whas moved to other name cause most of the place are not caves (also name whas not in plural), like 80% of the area are pits and around 20% are small caves.

Something I noticed, there are Blood Crab (Underwater) on this place too, I think it's not meant to be the lair of the Sea Serpents exclusively, the name could be only Svargrond Underwater Caves.StradvariusTibiawiki.png T C 01:24, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Meh.. if the npc call them caves or hideout, just move the page to Sea Serpent Caves and if in a future update they add other place with them we can rename it to Svargrond Sea Serpent Caves.

It was originally called Sea Serpent Cave (or Sea Serpent Caves) and then after some people thought it was a misleading name we changed it to Sea Serpent Area since it's an area where you can find Sea Serpents. To me it doesn't matter if you call it Sea Serpent Area or Sea Serpent Caves. As long as you do NOT use the normal standard for naming new places in the game:
Take the main creature and put hell after it. Which means it wouldn't be sea serpent area/caves anymore, it would be Sea Serpent Hell.
