Uhm no, that would be wrong?
You see sais (Atk:45, Def:27). It can only be wielded properly by knights of level 50 or higher. It weighs 50.00 oz.

It's instinctual for me to use it as plural sai primarily because of its pronunciation (although you could find hundreds of exceptions). A Google search reveals there are an array of spellings, including saya (although I suspect this was mistaken for another word's transliteration). Both WP and their dictionary sister project list the plural as sai, but I cannot find it in any of the more authoritative sources.
Edit: The WP talk page offers an explanation of sorts. Since the word has derived directly from Japanese it seems there are no plurals (although not classified as a singulare tantum because it is countable). -- Sixorish 02:24, January 1, 2010 (UTC)
