So from that I assume they always check the highest level first and always round down the level requirement of the lowest level. I.e. round down to 176 instead of the obvious rounding up to 177. Don't know how to phrase it well for the actual page so maybe someone else can think of something ;) |

"These marks are visible only for party members."
Is that statement true? Can anyone outside the party see these shield marks?

Yep. The only ones who can see the shields are those invited to the party or who are in the party.
