The price of this new blessing is not the same as the regular ones:

23:15 Nomad: I have the power to grant you the enhanced blessing of the blood of the mountain. But I must ask of you to sacrifice 19760 gold. Are you prepared for that?
The reguler for this character lvl is 15,200 gold.
