I'm going to add information based on recent events, namely, the site going under maintenance and CIP (or himself) limiting the characters experience to 999,999,999 (short of one billion). Untill I saw the image I always thought LP got his levels kinda legal, and people saying he botted were just jealous. The image was good proof for me. He was not deleted yesterday, his last login was January 15 (IIRC), so he can't be deleted the normal way since then he would have had a last login date of more than 1 month ago. Anyways all fansite put him as deleted, and acording a gamemaster board they were "investigating" the case if he gave back his character to the first owner

Probably because his character was deleted of the data after the highscore updated. (I guess he was banned after server save) Anyways we could wait until tomorrow and confirmed 100%~that he was deleted
