its a shame that loo bag stealers allso read these tips :p so the placing of an empty bag ontop isnt that effective anymore
more people will probably use this then find it under one :P so this helps more then it hurts
I think articles like this (and Scam) are useful. Even though some people abuse the information, it effectively "levels the playing field", making the potential victims just as educated as the potential scammers and thieves.
More information is almost always better.
