There is also a king of minotaurs: Markwin. I don't know any history about the Minotaur kings but maybe somebody does.

Chief Grarkharok calls himself a chief but by his description he left his tribe so he can make his own but does not have a "troll lady" yet so at the moment he is a tribe of one. I don't think he quite qualifies but i would not object.

Some NPCs are not guard but were higher levels of miliary or related enforcement offices so i figured they could be added here.
