will some one make this back to my version the plural of larva is larvae not larvas.
You are correct... the plural of Larva is Larvae (see the Wikipedia article on Larva). I reverted to your version.

English is not my native language but I was curious when I first noticed someone changing all the larvas to larvae on this Wiki (seems months ago now).
Wikipedia is a good source of information but it's not always full or correct. Britannica.com lists both plurar forms. Just for your information. --
I usually reference wikipedia becuase it is so simple to do so in MediaWiki, but you are certainly correct.
About the plural form of Larva, after doing some more research myself, you are correct... both versions are acceptable in International English, but "larvae" is the original plural form (because of the latin origin of the word Larva).
After this revelation, it seems like "larvae" is....uh .... more correct? (if there is such a thing in this case), but there's definitely no reason to bother reverting it either way. As long as the article is consistent and understandable.
