I hit 15% to 20% more with this than exori san. My hits are 77 to 112 with exori san and with the rune 88 to 132, so yea this rune is stronger than exori san

Wow CIP really screw prices, NPC sells to cheap 80gp... cost 300 mana to make and thats around 129gp... and it's still is cheaper to use exori san 5 exori sans = 43gp compared to 5 charges of this runes, to resume this rune is not valanced.
