Fishing from within a PZ is not impossible, but you will not catch fish.
Tried it extensively on the docks to e.g. Senja and from within a guildhall.

The editor that removed the fact may have misunderstanded it... all houses are not PZ's.

yesterday evening I did some fishing and at some point (maybe 100 tries) I didn't seem to get any more skill increase. Yes, I still had enough worms, but I used the hotkey fishing in rapid succession. Maybe that causes this stop of skill rise...
Also I moved round the lake in Kaz mountain and tried different areas and fishing speed...

I doubt this has anything to do with the hotkey. Once a tile is empty (only one fish to be caught) you cannot skill on it no matter how many times you try it..
I dont understand what you want to say with the Kaz area's.

Hey something changed, It used to be 1 hour before a fish respawn in a square but today I found fish in the same square after maybe 30 or 38 minutes. (around 30 to 38 minutes for fish to spawn again)
