About the quest[]
Rumors said that this boots is taken through a Quest where you need to kill alone Pythius the Rotten, it seems to be another Challenge Quest.

Those rumors are correct, I did it myself yesterday. I did some tests with the boots and found that they also reduce the number of times you burn after walking on fire. I removed the (but not fire damage from monsters) because monsters make fire fields too. Pimpo
By the way it's not listed in the "Ultimate Challenges" quests, or at all in the quests list. Pimpo
It's listed as a mission in The Hidden City of Beregar Quest in the quest log.

Only people higer than lv 130 can do the quest?

No you can do the quest before reaching lvl 130. A friend of mine who was 120~ did it. On the other hand a lvl 80(or something close at least) friend of mine couldn't enter, this could have been because somebody else enabled the tp but I think it's level related.
