A post on World of Tibia was made with someone showing that they looted a green tome in Fernfang, this player I believe to be Spongebobrob. He edited his character page on tibiwiki saying that he killed Fernfang today. His house is Ivory Circle 1 on Azura - can someone check his house to prove/disprove if he did in fact get this item from this monster? He said on WoT that it is on display in his house.
Maybe the proper thing to do is have it listed as loot and say 'unconfirmed' for this item until someone can prove otherwise.
