Real Name

I think his name is Steve, not St. Eve ;) Don't put it on the article though, since there is no pro*cough*e for it. Can ask on his talk page though.

Irrelevancy

This refers to a specific player. It is an innecessity as players are contributors to the game. This Wiki pertains to the game and not to the community that surrounds it.

Once again, it is impossible to separate the community from the game.

The very nature of Tibia results in one large community (all tibia players), and many smaller communities (game worlds, guilds, groups of friends, etc.).

Articles that affect the entire "global" Tibia community are very relevant, and certainly have a place in the TibiaWiki.

I absolutely agree that there needs to be more objectivity in articles about game content, but I do not think these peripheral articles are also unneccessary.

What stops every player from making an autobiography? Everyone does have an effect, no matter how little or small. So if we could make an article on this player, though he is the strongest player in the game (or at least the highest level) couldn't we make an article pertaining to any player in the game?

I understand what you are saying. And what stops everyone from making an autobiography is the discretion of the admins. While it is subject to revision, the current TibiaWiki:Policy allows for articles about players that have had a significant impact upon the entire Tibia community.

I generally consider it appropriate if the information in the article would be interesting or edifying for the entire Tibia community, not just a small group or one gameworld.

In this example (Eternal Oblivion), he is the highest ranking player in all gameworlds, and he has been involved in a number of events that I find interesting or meaningful, even though I have never met him, and I do not play on his game world.

I'm not saying I'm correct, but I haven't found a better way to do it yet, and I do not think that removing this information would benefit the wiki.

Accusations & Controversy

This part seems highly unnessecairy, every highlevel player goes through a point where he is accused of sharing or cheeating, not to mention that nowadays with OTservers and Tibicam it is far too easy to fake a screenshot like the ones described before, or to just take a screen from a cam to show to people. Most extreme high players nowadays mention Tibiabr.com, I think this has something to do with Tibiabr.com's advertising program, but I don't know the details here.

I believe rumours like these which are not backed up by anything (where are the screenshots that were mentioned?) do not belong on a page like this.

Real Life Residence

As far as his real life residence is concerned, perhaps Eternal Oblivion is a citizen of the Spanish Netherlands?

Stupid People Should Not Use The Wiki

His whole guild isn't banned, only the people who got a notation before. How do we know that TibiaBR pays for his premmys? Has anybody asked him? Didn't think so. "His account info changes many times blah blah blah." Anybody with 1/3 of a braincell would realize that THEY ARE NOT REAL PLACES. He gets them from other things, like books or tv.

small update to the 'notes'

the addition i have made is just the facts. incase anyone was wondering about the retirement of eternal oblivion you can contact roland-candia for more information or see thread (#2114235) on tibia.com i dont feel anymore on it should be posted here as it would be disrespecful.
