I would imagine that it is similar to other spells and runes like this.... the damage they cause is based upon the magic level of the caster/rune-user.
I do not think it has a specific pre-set amount of damage that it causes, but I do not have any data to support or contradict this claim.

It deals 4 damage per turn PvM, and 2 damage per turn PvP. The number of turns varies for different magic level and level values. - EMbet 9-Apr-2007

I think this page should be deleted, it turned into Stalagmite and there's already a page created about it. Perhaps add in Stalagmite's 'history' page..?

Instead of deleting the page, I added the "Deprecated" tag and a note about the stalagmite rune.

As soon as I get the categories straightened out, I'm planning to make a series of "deprecated" pages using DPL that will list all these runes, items, spells, creatures, etc. that have been removed from the game.

Okay well, It's an old rune, but it needs to be seperated from other runes in some way, because it's being included in the list of Runes which I don't think is right (?)...perhaps change the class to 'Old Runes' so it's not included anymore? (also before the update it was Poison damage, not Earth..if it's worth noting)
