spawn in deeper mines?

can anyone make sure that the dwarven pickaxe spawns in the mines? someone could just have dropped it there

I've never seen any myself either, so I wanted to know if it actually is possible to get this quest item in the wilderness

Probably a mistake. Maybe someone found a normal Pick in the mines, but I'm very skeptical that this quest item would be found in a floor-reset spawn.

Its true, they do spawn there, but those have no flavour text, go look yourself if ya dont belive me. Fenrir Greytooth

they DO have flavour text. I suppose it's profitable to pick them up and sell for high prices before people get to know about it (muhahaha)

Strange, I found one without some months ago. Anyway I went down to the mines and checked, and :

11:32 You see a dwarven pickaxe. It weighs 60.00 oz. It is a masterpiece of dwarvish smithery and made of especially hard steel.

And there are several there.. FenrirGreytooth

Yeah you CAN get them, for example there like ... 2 of them near the crusader helmet quest, they where easy to discover after the update because the whole floors where reseted.

You CAN also use this in the explorer society without even going to kaz, really, I just did it :). (saves a lot of trouble of getting newb chars to yalahar)

If they are for real, can some one add them to the daily respawn page?

Theres a daily spawn of a dwarven pickaxe on the way to the blue legs quest. Beejay 22:32, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Update: They have now changed that pickaxe into a normal one, I guess around the spring patch 09 beejay 21:05, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

I just went to pick up a bunch of pickaxes so I just added all the locations I went to. Rosin007 (talk) 13:31, April 10, 2014 (UTC)

Price too low

I play in a few servers, and never seen them under 3k. I even seen them sold for 10k in Aurera. So the 500 to 3k price seems outdated.
