Fine, I went looking for it. Go to Nargor, go down the ramp, south, kill the tarantulas and slimes. Then head as most northwest as you can, killing pirate skeletons, pirate ghosts and ghouls. You'll see a ramp up and down in this room. The one down is the place mentioned.
