Anyone that has tried to train with a cyclops or two? How much do you need in skills to succesefully train with them?

What set/or armor value is required to block these creatures?

About the skills[]

You can have 55/55 but you must at least have a guardian shield and a plate set.

Training[]

Some info on cyclops as training partners would be great. My EK has 70/68 and uses Warrior helm/k-set/c-shield/plat amulet/leather boots (total arm: 31, shield def: 32), and can hit them regularly with a short sword. Im near the break point where i regen (exura and life regen) more life than i lose, but i still has to eat a potion every now and then

So 70/70 and crown set to train with them seems reasonable

With my RP at level 50, with blue robe, blue legs, crown shield, warrior helm and skills 70/50 I could perfectly use cycs as training mobs. So i think any knight with resonable eq and skills can block it, despite level.

Halberds[]

Aren't the halberds rares after the summer update 2008? Someone give me a opinion. Vini 03:54, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

I've started to make loot statistics for them. Have patience. /Dottie 11:35, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

Ok, I'll look forward for the loot statistics :). Vini 06:05, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

Food[]

I think that since the Winter Update 2009, they don't drop ham anymore, and don't drop more than one piece of meat. Thascius 19:04, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

I removed the extra pieces of meat (0-3) from the loot list. Thascius 00:19, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

Coal?[]

Do Cyclopses drop coal, like Junkar suggests in the transcripts here? -- Bennie (talk ~ fellows) 12:43, April 27, 2012 (UTC)

I wonder too, it's odd because our stats suggest they don't. Same goes for all kinds of cyclopes. May be a bug? -- Sixorish 13:43, April 27, 2012 (UTC)

The only one which should drop Coal is the Cyclops Smith. I cannot find where I read the information from so perhaps it was on the private test forum instead, but I remember it being along the lines of "Cyclops which are especially skilled in smithing". I suppose this could also refer to Big Ben, however I am sure it was to do with creature's loot and not exchanging one thing for another. Beejay 15:33, April 27, 2012 (UTC)
