Just to let you know, Im almost sure I got 2 hardened bones (1 lootting and 1 skinning) once. So I think we can consider bonebeasts can give up 2 hardened bones.

We do not list skinned bones/fangs/leather.

The Loot section refers exclusively to items that may appear inside the monster's corpse. So items obtained from skinning the corpse don't count as loot items.
