The male troll says soemthing about a cave so i decided to search the troll caves.
These are the saves I have searched fully so far. (fully checked implies all lower level holes)
-Troll cave west of edron
-Dusalk's Troll Clan Cave
-Carlin Fan Fair Quest trolls

i went to ab troll cave and found nothing too.
