The Tainted Caves are some caves north in the Green Claw Swamp, not very far north-east of the Dwarven Bridge, accessed here.

The Tainted Souls Quest takes place here, where the quest involves killing Ekatrix. The Swamp of Lost Souls is also one location you must cartograph during the Cartography 101 Quest.
