Note: This imbuement's timer does not stop when you leave combat. It lasts for full 20 hours while having the boots equipped and being online, whether you are in combat or not.
The ability to apply the basic and intricate forms can be obtained by starting the Forgotten Knowledge Quest and the Powerful version by defeating Lloyd during the same quest.
