Notes
Red Surprise Bags were added during Tibia's 10th Anniversary, when they were rarely dropped by strong monsters. These bags contain rarer items, although the blue variants contain some unique festive items.
They can be obtained by skinning the The Mutated Pumpkin's remains inside its reward room, or by using Anniversary Remains during the Tibia's 15th Anniversary.

The red surprise bag can contain festive items and rarer items. The following items are obtainable by using a bag:
- Fireworks Rocket
- Cream Cake
- Bar of Chocolate
- Party Hat
- Piggy Bank (semi-rare)
- Soul Orb (rare)
- Violet Gem (rare)
- Teddy Bear (very rare)
- Panda Teddy (very rare)
- Stuffed Dragon (very rare)
- Dragon Scale Mail (very rare)
- Demon Shield (very rare)
- Red Gem (very rare)
- Boots of Haste (very rare)
- Amulet of Loss (very rare)
- Royal Helmet (very rare)
During Tibia's 15th Anniversary, the following approximate changes were made:
- Cream Cake → Anniversary Cake
- Party Hat → Party Wall Snake
- Soul Orb → 5 Small Diamonds
- Violet Gem → 15 Platinum Coins
- Red Gem → Gold Ingot
They bear similarity in probability, they may share exact loot tables save for those item changes. The obtained items have now been reverted back and Violet Gems for example can be obtained even from 15th anniversary red surprise bags.
During Tibia's 10th Anniversary, red surprise may have also contained Red Balloons.
