Reduces physical and death damage by exactly 80% rounded up to the nearest whole number. This amulet only reduced physical damage up until Update 8.4. The spell conceived to the stone skin was not learned by any mage, using the stoneskin used to paralyze people, turning them into stones. So the scholars of Ankrahmun decided to embed that spell in an amulet, instead. Reward from The Queen of the Banshees Quest, Draconia Quest and Mad Mage Room Quest.
