This is one of three Mage's armors that increases Magic Level by 1, yet carries no minimum Level requirements. Compared to either a Focus Cape or an Ethno Coat, this armor falls in the middle of the bunch in terms of protection, but it is the heaviest. Only Sorcerers and Druids may use them.
