The Social window is home to several different Features that allows you to interact with other players. It was initially called Friends as its first feature was the Friend List, introduced in the Summer Update 2019.
Friend List[]
The Friend List allows you to better organize and keep track of your in-game friends. It's independent from the VIP list and differs specially because to be Friends one player must request and the other one has to accept the request, whereas anyone can add anyone to their VIP list, including e.g. enemies they want to keep track of.
Viewing a Friend's character summary
This feature lets you keep track of your friends (regardless of the game world or character they are playing on, if they agree to it). With the name of their main character of their account, you can invite friends and sort them into different friend groups: Close Friends, Friends, and Contacts. Via your friend lists, you can see the online status or the last game login of your friends, the account status and loyalty title and a list of all non hidden characters. You are also able to perform a character view that will let you see the complete character summary.
Only Premium players can send Friend invitations, but Free Accounts can accept, manage and view their friends.
There are three tabs on the Social window that belong to the Friends Lists:
- Friend List: this tab shows you your current friends' Main Character and allows you to change their Friend Group and to terminate the friendship.
- Invitations: this tab shows your received and sent invitations, as well as your blacklist (i.e. players you have forbid from sending you an invitation).
- Friends Search: on this tab you can search for characters, send invitations and also inspect other characters if their settings allow it.
- Friends Config: on this tab you can select what level of access each of your Friend Groups (or the public - Others) have about your account's characters' information. Options you select for Others will be also checked for the groups. Note that in order for your Badges to show up on the official website, Show Account Info must be selected for Others.
Team Finder[]
The Team Finder is a feature that aims at helping players find partners for hunts, quests and bosses. Players can Assemble Teams with several different settings such as a level range, team size, vocations required and more. Every team must have one activity assigned (or the -- unspecified -- activity), which has to be selected from the available list. Other players will be able to view the current open teams on the Join Team tab and also filter them according to their preferred settings. Once a Team is created, all team members will have access to the Team Channel.
Teams must not be confused with the Party system. The Team Finder's only goal is to unite players, but they still have to use the regular Party functions to e.g. share experience and be able to loot corpses of creatures killed by another party member.
It's also important to note that the Team Finder is only a social feature and isn't directly related to the game content. This means that players can join Teams that are set for an activity they don't have access to, or that a given Hunt location may be occupied by other players even if there's no record of it on the Team Finder.
The Team Finder was added with the Summer Update 2020 and is only available for Premium players.
Badges[]
Badges are awarded to player accounts as recognition for meeting various milestones, such as account age, loyalty points earned, total character levels, tournament participation, and more. Once earned, badges remain permanently on your account, even if the original requirements are no longer met.
Badges were first introduced in the game with the release of the Summer Update 2019, and additional badges were added with the introduction of the fifth vocation on April 08, 2025.
You can view all your earned badges on your account management page, where you also have the option to select which badges to display publicly.
