Blood Skull, a decoration item.
Mysterious Voodoo Skull, provides daily fortunes and is dropped by Enlightened of the Cult, Nightmare and Vampire Bride.
Skull, dropped by Amazon, Banshee, Bonebeast, Brutus Bloodbeard, Dworc Fleshhunter, Dworc Venomsniper, Dworc Voodoomaster, Ghoul, Mutated Rat, Necromancer, Necropharus, Pirate Skeleton, Quara Mantassin, Quara Mantassin Scout, Valkyrie and Vampire.- Skull Candle, a Light Sources dropped by Pirate Corsair.
- Skull Helmet, a helmet dropped by Betrayed Wraith, Bones, Destroyer, Dracola, Quara Predator, Thul and Undead Dragon.
- Skull of a Caveman, a quest item.
- Skull of Ratha, a quest item.
