Secret Agent Tools are obtainable by opening a Mysterious Package and have the attributes of the most useful tools, like rope, shovel, pick and machete, but also 
crowbar and kitchen knife, 
spoon and kitchen knife and 
scythe and sickle. They can also get jammed, becoming unusable for one minute.
